Once your order has been shipped, please keep track your package via USPS or UPS as we no longer will have control over the pace of delivery. 

Please TRIPLE check the email address used for your order as this is where the tracking number will be sent automatically once your order is taken to the post office. Once the post office receives your order, we, With Poize, have released liability. For further security, we like add a signature confirmation to every wig order. 

For ready to wear/go wig collection, shipping is 1-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The processing period for best seller wigs is 3 - 10 business days and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping, excluding holidays and weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are hand-packaged and shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

• Standard International Shipping: Est. 7 to 21 business days via USPS First-Class International.
• Import Duties & VAT: Please note that German customs (Zoll) may assess a 19% VAT (Value Added Tax) and local import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the carrier prior to delivery.
